Description Paper presents the preliminary results of mixed research strategy, management class for student teachers to practice at secondary schools. We proceed from the assumption that manage the class is for students and teachers to practice often difficult, so research in this area may help educators of future teachers (especially when editing content objects pedagogical-psychological basis). The paper will also discuss the results of a questionnaire survey of classroom management strategies for student teachers in relation to their cognitive disclosure to experience, respectively. cognitive disclosure as one of the key personality traits of student teachers (and teachers), which has an impact on classroom management.
