Description The influence of individual teacher´s beliefs towards their teaching is well known and from lots of points of view examined. What about the case of shared beliefs? I will present on the base of secondary analysis of data of semi-structured interviews and of questionnaires from multiple case study, which beliefs about inclusive education are shared by participants of selected basic schools and how shared and on the other hand individual beliefs affect the properties of culture at a given school.
