Description The basic key competency in science (physics) education is the problem solving, in which experiments play an essential role. School experiments are implemented in the form of teacher’s demonstrations experiment and/or student’s experiments. The objective of design-based research is to to find several rules of teachers’ demonstration experiments appropriate for development of key competency to solve problems. Study presents examples of appropriate methods of implementation of teachers’ demonstration experiments in physics education which combined student’s and teacher’s activities.
