Description Research is carried out under the grant project GA ČR (13-20049S), whose aim is to verify the use of the so-called clean language to detect the tacit knowledge of student teacher in the course of their practice. Tacit knowledge is highly individual, expressible, emerging from the subjective experience of the individual and manifested in his negotiations, in particular in solving unexpected situations. This is based on the theory of Šíp, Švec (2013), tacit knowledge is dynamic and shaped in the student-student, student interaction with the pupils. Another theory is the theoretical source of clean language of David Grova. This is a specific method of inquiry, which is focused on the person of the client in order to get into the processes running in his mind and body. The process of sharing is part of the so-called apprenticeship model.
