Description Nascent enterprises are an integral and important part of any economy. They are the boost of the economy. Nascent enterprises represent a way for entrepreneurs how to react to changes in the economy and also a tool for self-realization. It is therefore important to consider the motivation of individuals to found nascent enterprises. In connection with the issue of unemployment among young people especially university graduates, it is justified to focus on students of economic trends and their motivation for entrepreneurship activities. Submitted analysis tries to identify the significant factors affecting nascent enterprises by using a questionnaire survey among university students and comparison the results obtained with a nationwide sample survey.
