| Description | In the labour market people with physical disabilities face a lot of obstacles. They sometimes face the opinion that a physical disability inevitable means also intellectual disabilities. Goals: This chapter presents research outcomes analysing the experiences of people with physical disabilities in the open labour market. Methods: The main method in these qualitative studies was an interview. The participants were people with physical disabilities. Outcomes: Agreements connected with physical limits and its consequences for the job are evident in the outcomes. The presented obstacles arise not only from physical limits but are also caused by the approach of the public. The differences follow mainly from the time of getting as well as the character of the disability. |
