Description Speech is perceived as an integral and indispensable part of human development. The language has a communicative point of view, two basic aspects: Expressive and Receptive. Human speech is the ability, but also property. There is no individual in terms of semantics, but by the entire human species. Organic basics: under the basic complex include: brain, auditory organ, nerve and muscle part, controlling fine motor skills. Functional fundamentals (higher nervous activity of the brain, motor feedback, acoustic feedback). Described method of examination speech. Phonetics is the study of the sound of human speech and function while speaking. Voices are divided into vowels and consonants. Describes the types and formation formation of letters. Speech development follows the time shift. Speech disorders are divided into delayed development, disorders of speech sounds, speech fluency disorders, disorders of speech and language structures neurosis.
