| Description | This publication is focused on the university professor which become like an important person in the lives of beginning researcher. significantly influences his professional and personal profiling. And the university teacher has a unique opportunity to interfere an integral concept of education and knowledge of beginning researchers at the university. In this monograph we draw attention at the three groups of the subjects which influence on each other: - the student master´s degree studies, is considered like a beginning researcher; - the graduate students of doctoral studies, they are also considered like a beginning researchers but on higher levels; the university professors which are two-pole possition, first like a research worker at the university and like an educator of teachers. |
