Description This chapter is a retrospective case study giving a descriptive and explanatory analysis associated with one person: a PROFILES teacher-leader. The main objective of the casestudy is to describe and analyse the inclusion of creativity in the multidimensional development of teacher professional competences through IBSE. Used research methods are case study and design-based research.
