Description The paper describes the use of educational research method called content analysis. The method has been used in the context of a broader research focused on the area of experimentation in physics textbooks. The aim of this paper is to describe the use of this method as an example of its use. The selected part of the research for this sample is the inclusion of experiments in the teaching phase of a thematic unit composition of forces.
