Description The work builds upon the previous findings of its authors that only a few of PowerPoint presentations for teaching chemistry available at the Methodological portal RVP comply with the principle of the rule called 6 × 6 and use so called concise slides. It has been proved that neglecting of these two principles can reduce the effectiveness of teaching. This work compares the findings mentioned above with physics as a similar teaching subject and also confronts the situation with opinions of students of chemistry teaching in their last year of study.
