Description The chapter focuses on research and presentation of attitudes of primary and secondary school management. As the trends pushing forward scientific knowledge are multidisciplinary, we consider disability from perspectives of different scientific fields. Based on the results of our research; we try to find out why is the medical model predominant within the school management personnel. Further, we look at management attitudes towards facilitators of inclusive education including perceptions of importance of specific facilitators in primary and secondary schools. We used quantitative approach, specifically on-line questionnaire. The research has been conducted among principals of primary and secondary schools in Pardubice region. After collecting the data we analyzed management’s perceptions of facilitators and predictions of possible integration of students with different types of visual impairments.
