Description The text describes the inclusive environment in Finland, which holds the leading positions in the OECD charts. The paper describes the way of teaching pupils with visual impairments is in Finland and presents the results of interviews with Finnish teachers about the direction of the Finnish education system. Finland is committed to the same conditions in education for all, across regions – the reason that Finland is a great example for the other countries. For this reason, the next section presents the results of research in the Czech Republic regions and their comparison.
