Description This article focuses on using information and communication technology in education of pupils with severe intellectual and multiple disabilities. It concludes some results of quantitative research realised in special primary schools in Slovakia. It describes material equipment, the exploitation of various kinds of special hardware and software, barriers for using information and communication technology and importance attributed to them by teachers.
