Description The chapter introduces pupils with Asperger's syndrome who are in most cases inclusively educated in mainstream schools. Theoretical solutions are complemented by the examples from teaching practice and the author's insight. Part of this chapter is devoted to the assessment. Various types of the syndrome divided according to functionality are introduced. The adaptation of each pupil with Asperger's syndrome affects the teaching process, as described in the next section. In most cases, pupils with Asperger's syndrome can handle schooling in mainstream schools, and consequently they manage to live under normal conditions with the individual approach and support.
