| Description | The attitudes of society and employers, barriers in the environment and system settings belong to the obstacles in the process of employment of people with disabilities. However, there are employers willing to employ persons with disabilities, but they do not always succeed in this process. The chapter introduces results of research focusing on the attitudes of employers in the Moravia-Silesian Region. The research was conducted in particular with those employers, who have the obligation to employ persons with disabilities due to the number of their workers exceeding 25; but only a small number of them succeed. This chapter introduces the main reasons as well as other opinions of employers. |
