Description The chapter deals with the teacher‘s approaches to education of gifted learners, and also the moral dimension of the teaching profession, pointing out some of the ethical aspects of the teacher’s work. Some of the ethical aspects of being a teacher of pupils with special educational needs are also mentioned. In the research the solutions were used the methods of the interview and questionnaires.
