Description	DNA marker is developed from the sequence of the RGH1a gene (exon 2) at the Mla locus on chromozomu 1H in barley (Hordeum vulgare). The primer sequences (5`-GCCTCATCTGACCGTTGATT-3`, 5`-GCATCACTGCCATCTCTATGC-`3) and amplification cycle were designed for detection of target sequence. Amplified DNA fragment 508 bp is detected by gel electrophoresis. Functional sample was made by verifying of properties.
