| Description | Aim of this paper is interest in what do young adults learn in their clubs, volunteer organizations. As an environment for providing my fieldwork I had chosen student radio. I know it from my personal as well as professional live. I suggest that except of media practice student radio provides its broadcasters with variety of social (soft) skills and consider this organization as an interesting learning environment. Student radio is a place for meeting inspiring people who would never had opportunity to meet each other in any other place. They do experimentations here and develop their personalities. |
