| Description | The article deals with the issue of the introduction of mentoring support as a method of further education teachers in selected school. This paper is the first output of the case study focused on the introduction of mentoring support for selected primary school. The intention is to clarify how the teachers become mentors to other teachers what changes accompanying the process of implementation of mentoring as a support system for teacher education. |
