Popis	The symposium is dedicated to three examples of education activities which present the results of the international cooperation within the framework of the projects Guide My W@y!, INNO-CAREER, CompCert. The aim of the symposium is not only to describe the individual training courses, but also to offer their comparison so that the specifics of each of them will be more apparent. In the course of the symposium, we will describe how each of the training courses was created, explain for which phase of counselling work individual educational activities are developed, we will mention the educational content, objectives and methods of education, as well as the method and conditions of their termination. The final discussion of "national" piloting training can be an inspiration for a creation of further education courses for career guidance counsellors in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic.
