He is an assistant lecturer at the Department of Education at the Masaryk University. He deals with topics such as reflective practice, reflection, teachers´group-reflection and self-study or the role of metaphors in the education process. He is interested in the application of cognitive science in the education process, especially the concept of embodied cognition and social dynamics systems. Externally he cooperates with the laboratory for experimental social sciences – HUME lab. In his dissertation he focused on the topic of experiential-reflective learning which he practically lectured within the Academic Center of Personal Development. Co-editor of the book Becoming a teacher: The dance between tacit and explicit knowledge.
