| Description | The monograph focuses on the issue of support for beginning kindergarten teachers. No research has been devoted to this topic. As in other types of schools, kindergartens have no support for introducing beginning teachers in legal or methodological documents. The authors of the publication therefore decided to bring the introduction of beginning kindergarten teachers closer to principals, but also to teachers. They were supported not only by the theories associated with the so-called socialization of beginning teachers, but above all by the research they conducted. All available information and research findings were framed by foreign experience and in the final chapter they tried to formulate recommendations for both beginning teachers and introductory teachers, as well as kindergarten management. |
