Description As part of the development and support of lifelong learning (2/D - Podpora a rozvoj CŽV), an online music webinar presented how a structured Music Education lesson could depend on the activity concept introduced to pupils in the lower grades of primary schools. The individual steps recommended for Music lessons for pupils of the selected age were presented – from the initial motivation, through the individual components of singing, practising a new song with the subsequent use of various accompaniments – movement accompaniment with playing on the body or multiple objects (for example cups, Boomwhackers, hoops). Instrumental accompaniments on rhythmic and melodic percussion instruments were also performed. There were also cross-curricular connections between the English language and Physical Education. In the final part of the workshop, there was a summary of the activity concept of Music Education in the lower grades of primary school and then a subsequent discussion.
