Description Children's art created mainly by using lines complemented by color is a relatively common feature of pre-school children. However, the natural expressivity of some children does not fit into the majority. A common feature of their work may be the preference for working with color, structure and composition. This character is related to the typology of creative expression. The text links the knowledge of horizontal (typological) and vertical (ontogenetic) aspects of early children's art expressivity together with findings from qualitative research (specific research 2018-2019) and is completed by pictorial documentation of case studies.
