Description In the paper, the didactic potential of a multi-perspective work with places of memory the teaching of German as foreign language will be considered, by including in the lesson design the concept of linguistic landscapes, whereby i.a. It will be possible to prepare previously untreated urban spaces as extra-school learning places. Such a lesson arrangement accommodates important postulates of cultural as well as project-oriented and discovering foreign language learning.
