Description The paper presents the results of quantitative research in professional orientation of students with and without specific learning disabilities in the Czech school environment. The main objective of the study was to analyze the factors affecting the choice of continuing education from the students´ perspective. Emphasis is placed on the description of the choice process and influencing social factors from the perspective of informants.
