Study
The programmes of study which we offer prepare students for the job of English teachers at primary and lower secondary schools.
Our programmes are structured, which means that they are divided into the:
- Bachelors level
- Masters level
The degree called Teaching Assistant and the follow-up Teacher of English for Primary and Lower Secondary Schools is conceived as a double-subject degree and is offered in the full-time mode.
The degree called Foreign Language Teacher and the follow-up Teacher of English for primary, lower secondary and language schools is a single-subject degree and is offered in the combined mode.
Teachers of general subjects without a qualification in English can also study extension study programmes at our department within the framework of lifelong education.
The double-subject programme is designed for teachers of primary
schools and the three-year programme for teachers at lower secondary
schools.
Graduates from programmes of study for lower secondary schools may study
a two-semester extension programme for secondary schools.
